Encloses the bland in distillation of the three D.O.C.G.: Taurasi; Fiano di Avellino; Greco di Tufo , marked and selected by an expert and then made ​to rest so that the flavours and aromas of the three varieties merge.

After distillation, the brandy is aged in wooden barrels of acacia, cherry, oak, chestnut and mulberry.

Minimum ageing:
3 years.

20° degrees
